PRINCIPLE
Maximum 2 subscribers
One year renewable contract, from 01/01/21 to 12/31/21
The subscription is billed in full on January 1, 2021. It will be debited 1 / 12th monthly. 5% reduction if paid at once upon subscription.
20-day subscription: € 26,400 including tax or € 2,200 including tax / month, and € 25,080 including tax if paid on 01/01/21
10-day subscription: € 15,840 incl.tax or € 1,320 incl.tax / month, and € 15,048 incl.
No possibility of canceling the subscription during the year.
Tacit renewal or termination with 4 months notice.
Day reservations are made on the general calendar, no priority.
Any day not consumed in the period does not give the right to any reimbursement or postponement to another period.
The subscription cannot be used during major events in Cannes & Monaco: Mapic, Mipim, Film Festival, Monaco F1 Grand Prix, Lions .
The subscription can only be used by the tenant indicated on the contract, no subletting authorized.
The subscription includes the provision of the bareboat boat.
It does not include a skipper or diesel.
A deposit of 3,000 € will be requested upon signing the contract.
